Town Branch Creek

Lexington herald leader article about the possible resurfacing of Town Branch Creek. This is connected a lot of the issues we've been talking about in class, most specifically the Rupp Arena Arts & Entertainment District, but its also connected to broader questions about urban redevelopment and the natural environment.
